at any time, you do not agree to or cannot comply with any of these

Shipping:
We
ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. States Only.
We
do not ship to A.P.O.'s or U.S. Territories. We
ship primarily with UPS. We may use other shippers but we primarily use
UPS.
Shipping
Time Frames: If we recieve your order before 11:00 am we will ship the
same day. If we recieve your order after 11:00 am we will ship the item
the next business day. (Our business days are Monday-Friday
9:00am-5:00pm EST). If the item you ordered is not in stock we will
order our supplier to ship item directly to you. Depending on supplier,
your order will be processed in 2 to 3 days; which is faster than
having item shipped to us and then shipping the item to you. The time
frames stated are general time frames; orders recieved during holidays
may take longer but will be processed as soon as possible.
NOTE:
Please Double check your shipping Information! ALL of the
costs associated with undeliverable shipments are the customers
responsibility.
Defective
Merchandise: All claims for defective merchandise
must be made within 10 days of receipt. Return of defective merchandise
must be approved in advance and the merchandise is subject to
inspection before the claim can be allowed.
If
a package arrives damaged: Notify the shipper immediately. Save all
packing materials and contact us immediately. If merchandise is shipped
FOB shipping point, damaged merchandise and all packing materials MUST
be held for inspection by the delivering carrier. Claims for damage
must be made with the carrier. We will do our best to help you resolve
the problem with the shipper. The Cookware Shoppe is not responsible
for any damage to products during shipping. If you are unhappy in any
way, e-mail us and we will try to make things right. we
cannot help if we do not know about the problem.
If
there is an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible
after receiving your order so we can correct the problem. We apologize
for any inconvenience and we will do our best to correct the error.
Item must be unused and in all of its original packaging to be
replaced.
Note:
All unauthorized returns will be sent back at owners expense. We do not
accept used returns! If you return an item after using it; the item
will be sent back to you immediately and you will be charged for
shipping.

it's sole discretion ~ exercise the option of canceling the order ~
with a full and immediate refund. In the event of an over-payment ~ the
item will be shipped and the full amount of the over-charge will be
