Frequently Asked Questions
  • How quickly will you ship my order?   If the item you order is in stock and we recieve your order before 11:00 am we will ship it the same day.  If we recieve your order after 11:00 am we will ship the item the next business day. Our business days are: Monday - Friday ~ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.   If the item you ordered is not in stock we will order our supplier to ship the item directly to you.  Depending on the supplier your order will be processed in 2 to 3 days; which is faster than having the item shipped to us and then shipping the item to you.  The time frames stated are general time frames.  Orders recieved during the holiday periods may take longer but will be processed as soon as possible.
  • Please Note:  We make every effort to ship ASAP but we cannot control the delivery time of the shipper, usually UPS. If you are ordering around the holidays please order early, so as to avoid being disappointed.
  • Do you collect sales tax?  NO ~ We will pay Any and All Taxes ~  As required by law.
  • What is your company's privacy policy?  Our Privacy Policy is simple: We will never sell or give your personal information to any other company or third party.
  • Is your Site secure?  Yes!  Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number and other personal information.  SSL is the standard method for secure online transactions used at all major retail websites.  When you begin the "check out" process of your shopping cart, you will be taken to a secure (SSL) page to enter your personal information.
  •  Why do I need to enter my credit card number every time I place a new order on your website? Why doesn't your website remember who I am?  As a security measure; we do not store any personal or credit card information.  This means that our repeat customers must enter their personal information every time they place an order.  The advantage of this policy is that your credit card number can never be stolen from our web server; because it simply is not there.  We know it is a little inconvenient for our valued customers, but your privacy and security are our primary concerns. For those customers who do not wish to enter all of their personal information for purchases ~ The Cookware Shoppe offers both ~ Pay-Pal ~ and Google Checkout as payment options.
