and ergonomic "stay cool" handles (one long and one short) that are
oven safe. It holds up to 5.3 quarts and is ideal for stir-frying,
sauteing, braising etc. Swiss Diamond cookware is made of
heavy duty, 6mm precision cast aluminum with a coating of diamonds
combined with a non-stick nano composite. This technology means that
the cookware has the following properties:
