This edge grain cutting board is made from FSC Certified Wood. What does that mean? It means that the wood used in this piece has been certified to be responsibly harvested by an outside agency. This is the new gold standard in Green Building of wood products and is extremely prevalent in Europe! Made of solid Maple, this board is 1 1/2" thick and will handle all of your tasks. It measures 16" x 9" and comes mounted on 4 brown rubber non-marring feet with stainless steel screws. All of our cutting boards are treated with pure mineral oil before they leave the workshop.
